Happy birthday to your girls! They are adorable. I love the American Girl Dolls. Emma has 2 and I think I have enjoyed them every bit as much as she did.

I have chicken broth I made Monday that I need to make potato soup out of in the morning. It’s not very rich because it was made from boneless skinless chicken that I made earlier. It’s good for potato soup though. I have never been near enough to an ice skating rink to go. Here in AR we always roller skated. Your children must love it. Have a great week. Doylene

Hi Patricia!

I have never frozen it, but I researched it a little bit online and found that it should freeze well. Cool it completely, wrap it tightly in Saran Wrap and then put in a ziploc freezer bag – the key seems to be to make sure it is airtight to avoid freezer burn. One site I looked at said to freeze it for up to a month, another said it was good up to 3 months. I would think it should be fine from now until Christmas.

The french vanilla hot chocolate is our favorite too! We couldn’t do our Christmas Eve drive to look at lights without it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful picture.
